Shipping

Orders within the USA are shipped using Ground UPS. Shipping cost is determined by weight. A small handling charge is added to all orders. Contact us for international shipping quotes and we’ll find the most efficient and cost-effective method to deliver your order.
In order to keep our prices attractive, to reduce shipping costs and for warranty issues, most of our products are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Returns

Items that are faulty or not satisfactory can be returned for a refund, or exchanged within 14 days. Before initiating a return, please contact us to explain the situation. We will guide you trough the process and a return shipping address will be provided to you along with your RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Returns with no RMA are subject to refusal and additional re-stocking fees.
