Most our products are covered by a 30 days manufacturer warranty. Some products have a 45 or 90 days manufacturer warranty. In this case it is highlighted on the product page.
During the warranty period defective items will be replaced or repaired at no charges.
Before initiating a return, please contact us to explain the situation. We will guide you trough the process and an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number will be provided to you.
Returns with no RMA are subject to refusal and additional re-stocking fees. For detailed information about the return process and after sales click here
Should you need a refund, you must notify us within 15 days from the date of purchase by opening a ticket on our help desk. We will guide you trough the process and an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number will be provided to you.. Items returned for refund without an RMA will be rejected.
Before initiating a refund request please make sure to comply with the following
- Open a ticket on our help desk within 15 days from the date of purchase and wait for an RMA (return merchandise authorization).
- The item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days from reception of the RMA (return merchandise authorization) with a carrier providing tracking information.
- Customer must pay freight to ship back.
- Item(s) must be shipped with original packaging and all contents that were in the boxes when shipped. ie. batteries, manuals, solar panels, flag, etc.
- Items and boxes must be in resell-able condition.
- A re-stocking fee applies if the purchase is not returned in its original condition.
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Once the items are received and inspected the refund will be processed.
Orders within the USA are shipped using Ground UPS or FedEx. Shipping cost is determined by weight. A small handling charge is added to all orders. Contact us for international shipping quotes and we’ll find the most efficient and cost-effective method to deliver your order.
In order to keep our prices attractive, to reduce shipping costs and for warranty issues, some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
