Shipping
Orders within the USA are shipped using Ground UPS or FedEx. Shipping cost is determined by weight. A small handling charge is added to all orders. Contact us for international shipping quotes and we’ll find the most efficient and cost-effective method to deliver your order.
In order to keep our prices attractive, to reduce shipping costs and for warranty issues, some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Returns
Items that are faulty or not satisfactory can be returned for a refund, or exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase. Before initiating a return, please contact us to explain the situation. We will guide you trough the process and an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number will be provided to you. Returns with no RMA are subject to refusal and additional re-stocking fees.
